Overview

A larger-capacity certified shelter for business and public spaces. ARCA NOVA 3.2. ARCA is a multi-section reinforced-concrete bunker cast from high-grade C35/45 concrete with dense A500S reinforcement and a steel-fibre mix. Designed by leading engineers and proof-tested at the State Research Institute of Building Structures, it is certified to the highest protection classes (A-II to A-IV), absorbs air-blast overpressure above 300 kPa and reduces radiation exposure by up to a factor of 5000. Every unit ships fully equipped — reinforced airtight doors, forced ventilation, heating, power, seating and first-aid and fire-safety kits — with a 50-year warranty on the concrete structure. Every PerusTurva product is built to the CPS — Civil Protection Standard — a new-generation benchmark validated by engineering expertise and live-fire testing against modern threats, including a 120 mm mine, a 125 mm tank round and a Shahed-136 strike-drone warhead.
